•          Drivers available for your O.S.?

•          Check for driver updates

•          Store in anti-static bag

•          Hold card by edges, wearing anti-static strap

•          Unplug PC

•          Insert at slight angle

•          Properly seated with no contacts exposed

•          Screw connection grounds the card to the box
